- IFS Wholesale / Cash & Carry 2
This guide explains the international legal regulations for allergen declarations for packaged and unpackaged goods. It describes the potential risks associated with developing, implementing, and managing an allergen management system along the value chain and within your own company. Each chapter lists all possible risks in tabular form, including a risk assessment for your HACCP (Health, Safety, and Environment) system. Naturally, an evaluation of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods is also included.
